1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within **1-3 business days** (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with the tracking number will be automatically sent once your package is dispatched.
2. Shipping Carrier & Delivery Time
We use **Yanwen Express** as our official cross-border shipping provider:
- Major US & EU countries: Estimated **7-15 business days** delivery
- Other countries/regions: Estimated **10-20 business days** delivery
(Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed by local customs clearance, public holidays, or peak shipping seasons.)
3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Policy
- Orders under $50: A $20 shipping fee applies
- Orders between $50 - $109.99: A $23 shipping fee applies
*Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
- Orders over $110: **Free worldwide shipping** (remote areas excluded)
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can check the delivery status via:
1. Directly viewing the tracking information in your order details page
2. Entering your tracking number on Yanwen's official tracking website: https://track.yw56.com.cn/
5. Customs & Import Duty Policy
- Orders with a value below the destination country/region's de minimis threshold are generally duty-free.
- Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for these charges.
- We are not responsible for packages that are returned or lost due to the recipient's failure to complete customs clearance in a timely manner.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package shows no tracking updates for **more than 30 business days**, please contact us for assistance.
- For confirmed lost or damaged packages, we will offer a replacement or full refund, subject to verification of the situation.
